Can you imagine having a tooth ache and being told to come back for treatment in 6 -8 weeks? Would you be prepared to wait 5 -7 years to replace missing teeth?

Sadly, close to 200,000 people are on the waiting list for treatment in the public dental health system. For those homeless or less fortunate, they often fall through the system entirely and are not even on the waiting list.

Having bad teeth means far more than pain and discomfort. You cannot eat normal food; you don't have the confidence to interact socially, let alone go for a job interview. They can be the cause of major health issues that affect other organs in the body. Bad teeth can result in a loss of self esteem and this can trigger major negative repercussions in a person’s life.

It has long been a dream of Just Enough Faith to be able to offer dental services free for our clients. In September 2007, the dream will become a reality. Over the past 14 months, we have been building a state of the art Medical facility at Rozelle. Equipped with 3 dental surgeries, we will be able to provide free dental care for at least 30 patients daily. In time, we hope to provide a holistic medical facility for those less fortunate. We are asking dentists and dental nurses to volunteer just ONE day a year for our centre. Already the response from the dental profession has been extremely positive but we still need more volunteers to register with us.
